Description by seller: “This is your chance to own the most beautiful William and Mary Marquetry​ longcase clock. The clock is made of stunning walnut veneer with the most superb marquetry inlay. This clock is of out standing quality super rare as Thomas bridge only made clocks for 20 years before his death in 1717 of which he only spent 3 years making clocks in London 1697 – 1700 so this is rare to have a London clock”.

Description by seller: “This is a one off chance to obtain a very unique huge carved musical triple fusee 8 bells and 4 gongs bracket clock & original table stand, I have brought this from a BHI member antique clock expert in the cotswolds with the idea to keep it. Sadly I have to dell it due to a rather large VAT bill, I will be very sorry to see it go”.

Description by seller: “This 3 piece clock garniture set is being sold for the estate of an owner who had displayed the set since 1996 when it came into her possession.  There is a note taped to the bottom of one of the candleholders that reads “Given to me 10/96 by my mother… who bought at a flea market in Paris in 1956. The piece dates from the 1830s”.  The clock stands 21″ high and 12″ across at base.  The 2 columns are decorated with birds and flowers and are supported by full figure elephants. The clock is formed as a temple gong and features birds, flowers and butterflies”.
