One of the most beloved lunch boxes from the golden age….highly coveted high profile character box..
Listed in Warman’s Lunch Box Guide at $1,150 in mint condition
Getting harder to come by as the years go on..this one is not in mint condition or near mint.
It is however, for its age, in good condition mostly because the graphics on the front and back are quite good (see the last two pics of close up)
We took alot of pictures so you can see for yourself.
There is alot of wear on the edges, etc..some minor dings and some rust both in and out..but not too awful and the latch and handle all are in excellent condition.. a few scratches but nothing that takes away from the graphics . All in all..this is a great piece of American History and was probably much beloved by some young child..and still beloved today by all us baby boomers.
