Offered here is an extremely rare, stunning, very attractive, good to clean condition, empty (contains no liquid contents), all-original, top opened, early 1937; krueger bock beer 12oz. “internal revenue tax paid” keglined / patents pending / opening instructional flat top can; “g. Krueger brewing co. Newark, n.j.”. This opening instructional flat top has retained it’s beautiful, original, bright shiny brilliant color; with metallic gold and silver trim and is in good condition; showing some tiny (pin-head) to very small sized moisture spots within several of the metallic areas, multiple tiny to small sized scattered nicks, as well as three tiny (hardly noticeable), very minor dings; one of which appears directly below the word: “before”, immediately above the bottom lid rim, another that is located immediately below the top lid rim, above the word: “same”, and another that is just to the right of the goat head, within the metallic gold area. Additionally, there are two small areas of solder on the top lid rim. This is the “also enjoy krueger on draught” version. Otherwise, can has a clean, mostly smooth shiny surface, displaying a dynamic “eye-catching” appearance; featuring strong vibrant “like-new” color. Can is number 90/27 within the “united states beer cans” book and can number 486 within the “united states beer cans with opening instructions” book. A nice quality example, with outstanding color and graphics
