This is a old westinghouse gyrating brass bladed fan. It has two fans and they both work. I know nothing about the fan so i can not tell you how it suppose to work. I do know the cord has been changed and both fans work. It may be missing something on the bottom because there are two holes. Maybe a light. I don’t know. I don’t know how it would hangs from the ceiling. Some of the blades have been slighttly bent. The old fan could use a restoring. It is a very unusual fan. This is a heavy fan.
