Antique L.M. Ericsson AC110 desk Eiffel Tower magneto telephone from 1910. Model from 1892. Also known as: Skeleton, Taxen, The Sewing Machine, Luuranko etc. With wallrose connection part. SELLING WITH LOW STARTING PRICE AND NO RESERVE! Very nice collectable phone. This is an original Swedish version made in Stockholm Sweden! SERIAL NUMBER is visible (it’s rarely so) in the front ebonite deck and reads: 885953. It’s a proof of authenticity and tells that this phone is made at 1910. So it’s 112 years old! As I’m selling with no reserve, this is a really good chance for you to own this milestone of telephone history. Legs (that are working as magnets) are painted metal with original transfers and decals. They are worn but still visible faintly, especially on the sides of legs (see all pictures please.) This patine only makes this phone more authentic. Paws are painted wood. Phone deck is dark brown ebonite and has no cracks. Lightning arrestor included on deck. Handset is good and complete! Original wall connection rose with a little bit worn green cord. Black handset cord is in perfect condition. The handset cradle and crank lever are untwisted. Unusually so! Allaround condition is nice considering item’s age. NO PARTS MISSING, exept few screws and nuts from the separate wallrose connection piece. Original unrestored condition and original surface finish. Only cleaned gently. Includes ABSOLUTELY NO reproduction parts, exept the receiver mouthpiece. It seems to be newer, but looks like the original one. I can’t be sure about all of the telephone’s inside connections, so there is no ringer when cranked but the inductor turns around with no problems! I haven’t opened the phone, so everything under the deck is assumed to be original.
