Geneva Switzerland No. 146805 Pat Jan. 13 1891 Extra Twenty One Jewels Eight (8) Adjustments Inner lid marked 18K 259441 Case is custom engraved by Patek Philippe as a 2nd prize from the Geneva Astronomical Society for a Timing Contest held from 1909-1910 Watch is in excellent original condition and runs well, with beautiful delicately formed gold hands! Crystal is original beveled glass, and is scratch free”
