Fine! Old!! Blue & white chinese qing era porcelain blue and white decorated hanging vase – estate fresh from a large collection of asian antiques belonging to a 90 year old colonel who served in japan, taiwan, korea, and vietnam. He traveled a great deal and was privy to some wonderful 1st choices from asian dealers and merchants in hong kong and shanghai during his time in service.
It is in very good condition with only some minor frits and light wear around the hanging holes at the top portion. Unmarked, but this is antique and most certainly well over 100 years old. I will leave the final determinations of exact age up to you. It’s a wonderful piece!
Just so you know, the hanging cord and tassels date to about 30 years. The colonel had these made to embellish the piece when he brought it back from asia.
