Production description:
Lifesized Borg drone used in Star Trek: The Experience. This drone was made specificly for the attraction, and features a metal armature underneath a silicone and foam latex body. Item features electronics in the form of LED lights running throught the body, and are powered by a wall plug that has been cut. This item’s electronics no longer function, and shows significant wear and damage from use at the attraction. This item comes direct from CBS, and is stated as not being screen used.
Technical description:
Made from a metal understructure with a foam latex body. This lifesized display features incredible detail on the outer body, face and hands, with small plastic and metal detailign running throught the piece. Item includes electronics in the form of LED lights that are placed in several places on the main body and head. These electronics are non functioning due to the fact that the cord has been cut. Item shows signs of wear and tear on the main face, body, hands and feet. The abck of the unit ‘s shoulder has been ripped off where the main power source is contained and the left foot is broken off but included in the auction. Item measures 70in tall and is not free standing.
