What is believed to be the Most valuable Comic Book sold in 2010 for a record $1.5 Million. The comic “Action Comic # 1 from 1938 is the first comic book which introduces Super Man in its issue.
Back in February a second copy of this same Comic Book issue sold for $1 million, but that copy was in a bit rougher shape than the one that realized $1.5 million. The $1.5 million copy is believed to be the one that survives in the best condition. The comic was purchased in an auction conducted by ComicConnect.com and the buyer has remained anonymous.
Other famous individuals like Nicholas Cage also own a copy of this comic book, his comic made public news earlier this year when it was found after being reported stolen for many years. His comic is not believed to be as good condition as the $1.5 example but it is still valued at over a million dollars.
