Back states “Endowed By A Fund Contributed By Mrs. B. Trevor and Mrs. George H. Warren”Also on back “Presented To George J. Nelson In Recognition Of His Bravery And Duty As A Fireman”Stamped 18K on edge
I have had the piece tested by a jeweler to confirm that it is 18K (pin is also 18K) Medal measures 2″ in diameter
Overall weight is 2.6 oz which is about 72 troy ounces.
Medal is in excellent condition. Original ribbon is tattered.
