Description by seller: “Early C-Cell battery version. Estimated that only 12 are known to exist. Complete w/insert & rare in-box sales brochure. c.1956. One of the most difficult to find of all 20th century toy robots is this early version of Nomura’s “Mechanized (Robby) Robot”. It comes complete with its original illustrated box, insert, and rare in-box sales brochure”.
