Here is an extremely rare original march 29, 1999 FBI wanted poster of Usama bin laden. In my opinion, wanted poster is in very good condition. 
Poster reads: “Wanted by the FBI, Murder of U.S. Nationals Outside the United States: Conspiracy to murder U.S. Nationals outside the United States: Attack on a federal facility resulting in death.
Aliases: description, criminal record, Usama Bin Laden has no previous criminal history. Caution, should be considered armed and dangerous.”
Usama Bin Laden was indicted on November 4, 1988, in the Southern district of New York, for the August 7, 1998, bombing of the U.S. Embassies in Kenya and Tanzania, in violation of title 18, u.S. Code, Sections 2332 (a) and (b), 844 (f) (3), and (f) (2) respectively and 930 (c).
