Description: “Collectible, this is a fabulous piece of Postal History (Manchukuo/U S A). 1934 Joined pair red 15 fen stamps Pu-Yi. Plus 2 single stamps (Liaoyang Pagoda). The 15 f stamp is the key stamp from this series. Addressed from:American Consular Service,Manchuria. Addressed to:Secretary of State,Washington D.C. Registered cover. This cover came from the (President Roosevelt stamp collection). It came out of a large envelope of covers with Roosevelt Collection stamped on outside envelope. This cover is the front only. 1 MAR 34 began the new era called Kangde (In Manchuria). These stamps cancelled 12.4.34 so very early usage. This cover is very early in the new era”.
