He has been collecting coins aggressively for more than 30 years and has always focused on condition even before coins began to be graded by third party grading companies. He recently began submitting some of his nicest coins to PCGS and has managed to make some very rare coins in some very rare grades even grades that PCGS hadn’t ever seen before in the Lincoln cent series and as well as other coin series”.
