On December 07, 2012 a Collectible Neumann M250c Tube Microphone Sold for $18,000 on eBay.
The Seller by the user name Wmoonb described the item as: “Collectible Neumann M250c for sale with serial # 025 in 10 out of 10 condition. This microphone is in great working condition and sounds fantastic. Complete set and all original Neumann. The Neumann M250c microphone with serial# 025 was build in 1962 and comes from the Westdeutscher Rundfunk”.
Definitely a very nice Microphone that brought a lot of attention and a great price.
