Description by seller: “David Bowie’s “Time” picture sleeve is arguably the world’s rarest and most desirable U.S. picture sleeve. It may be said that the Velvet Underground’s “All Tomorrow’s Parties” or the Beatles’ “WMCA Good Guys” promo are harder to find, but in all my years of collecting (since 1973) I have never seen this sleeve in person (other than mine) and only seen it offered for sale twice”.
