On November 21, 2012 a Collectible Albany Texas License Plate Sold for $1,724.99 on eBay
The Seller abj2000 described the item as: “Collectible this wondeful pre state porcelain license plate is in great condition. The plate features the number 219 and Albany in white with a blue background. The back of the plate is stamped “The Stafford Illuminated Auto Lamp And Number Co. Pat. April 13th 1915 Chicago”. There are a couple places the porcelain is chipped”
Definitely a very nice License Plate that brought a lot of attention and a great price that we decided to post it as one of our Collectibles Sold Highlights.
