On January 20, 2013 a Collectible Beatles 1962 Love Me Do Sold for $13,214.10 on eBay.
The Seller parogram described the item as: “Collectible Beatles – Love Me Do – UK 1962 *DEMO* Parlophone 45 + Misspelt *McArtney* Labels: VERY GOOD + ‘P.S. I Love You’: EXCELLENT + This disc has clearly not been played very much at all. My careful playcheck detected some light background noise on ‘Love Me Do’ which accounts for the slight downgrade, however this is not present on ‘P.S. I Love You’ which plays superbly and without fault. Both tracks are free from any groove/playwear distortion, clicks, pops or any other audible distractions.”
Definitely a very nice Record that brought a lot of attention and a great price.
