Description by seller: “Here is a very desirable candy store model register with an ORIGINAL top sign.  This register has the original two tone finish and it is pretty nice!  The “flags” look very good as well.  It is missing the 30 cent key arm, however.  Used key arms are easily found for replacements.  Don’t miss this great little cash register.  The top sign alone is worth $100’s”.

Description by seller: “1914 era National Cash Register.  We have dated it from the serial number that is photographed.  Model is also shown as 597. Everything works when ringing up on all departments and all functions.  All departments open the single drawer.  We have not tested any receipt printing mechanisms, so condition of that aspect is unknown.  The old register has the larger 10″ wheel”.
