Here’s an GORGEOUS Selmer Mark VI Tenor saxophone. You know all about these, I’m sure. This one is terrific. Serial number is 56574 and is from the vintage that many people say is the absolute best. Original lacquer is about 95% present, with some minor wear consistent with play. There is no sign of any damage to this horn. This horn has a rare engraving pattern more commonly seen on Super Balanced Actions, such as that owned by Branford Marsailas. Lacquer is original and looks great, with a deep golden color. Pads are excellent and this horn plays GREAT as is. Pics tell the rest of the story!
