Description:
The first ever Apple computer that founder Steve Jobs produced sold for a whopping $210,000 at a Christie’s auction. This bad boy Apple computer was produced and sold from his parents garage. In 1976, there were only about 200 examples of the original Apple-1 computer made. Only a few of these original examples have survived since then.
The 1976 Apple computers came equipped with an 8k memory. This was significantly less than the Apple computers today. It also came with an original manual and letter from Steve Jobs. It was one of the first computers to be produced.
Unfortunately, the computers did not come with a monitor or a keyboard. At the time, they were considered expensive and very little people felt they had a use for it. It’s original price was set at $666.66. Thats about $3,000 in todays world if you take inflation to account.
