Description by seller: “Just purchased from a Western Pennsylvania estate, an original circa 1940, iconic  catalin Fada radio, model 1000 I believe. The green onyx body is in good shape, some tiny paint spots and it needs to be polished, but no cracks or chips”.

Description by seller: “A radio collector’s delight: the famous Emerson “Mae West” radio, Model BD 197. The radio’s cabinet has its original finish that is in remarkably good condition. There are signs of wear in the vicinity of the volume control knob. The decals that indicate the control functions are also worn. But overall, the condition and nice patina of the cabinet does not seem to warrant refinishing”.
