Description: “Collectible, we have very little knowledge in this field but from brief research we believe these are Kriegsmarine U-boat binoculars. They are estate fresh and have been untouched for years. They are marked CARL ZEISS JENA 8x60H on one side. On the other is a bird, the letter M, and N 182. On the side is a threaded brass fitting with a red glass inside. One side has a reticle line. They seem to be functioning properly. They are clear when looking through but when looking at the large lenses there appears to be some soiling on the inner glass”.
Definitely a very nice Binoculars that brought a lot of attention and a great price.
