Description by seller: “Oil in canvas Housed in a barn board style frame with plaque Signed and dated lower right “Terpning 75”, bears inscription on verso with title, artist signature and “Best Regards to my friend Norm Flayderman” Howard A. Terpning is one of the best known and respected members of the Cowboy Artists of America, and is in fact known as “The Storyteller of the Native American”.  Terpning was educated at the Chicago Academy of Fine Arts and the American Academy of Art. Early in his career, as a commercial artist , he produced cover art for publications including “Time”.

Definitely a cool collectible capturing the number one spot for the highest sold Painting on eBay in the month of February 2015.
