Description by seller: “Very rare and complete 1938 Steelcraft Chrysler pedal car. Could be original paint, I don’t know. I do know that no one has messed with it for the 70 plus years it has been in our family other than during WWII, when rubber was scarce and my grandpa needed a new tire for it, he fashioned one out of a piece of garden hose and it has lasted ever since“.
