    Description by seller: “L.M.Ericsson wall phone 1889. Stockholm Sweden. More than 120 years old. Serial number 20702. Very nice but not perfect. Original condition except the gold stripe on the battery box. The crest is a nice copy. The receiver have small injuries. See pictures. The cable is original. The bells will ring when you crank. The receiver and microphone is tested and works fine”.

    Description by seller: “This is a magnificent example of a rare and early French Berthon Ader wall telephone from 1890 with a unique oversized handset and extra receiver. These telephones were imported and used by the Australian Post Office and Railways in the late 19th century before Federation”.

    Description by seller: “The transmitter is marked American Electric. The pot part of the phone is not cracked nor repaired. As you can easily see, the nickle is gone. The contacts around the hook are all there. The wiring appears to be complete. Someone has used a modern line to wire this phone in to use as an receiving phone at one time. There are a couple of dings in the base that may or may not show up in the photos. This is basically a rare phone in unrestored condition”.

    Description by seller: “A Gray model 24 (in aluminum) in which the vault lock, vault key and vault plate numbers all match!!!  The vault lock is stamped THE LONG SECURITY LOCK COMPANY—-which is an early rare lock.  The paint has some flaking as shown in the pictures.  There is wear on the top handle which you would expect.  The receiver is a Kellogg as is the transmitter.  The transmitter mount is the correct Gray style four hole for this model.  The gong sounds louds for a quarter, the dime makes two loud dings and a nickel makes a loud single ding”.
